If your parcel arrived damaged, the shirt has a manufacturing fault, or you received the wrong model, size or printing, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, the parcel and the shipping label. Confirmed shipping or fulfilment errors are fixed with a free replacement.
