Arena XI orders are real Shopify orders — payment, statuses, customer data and customization all live in one place: your store admin.

Every cart order lands in Shopify → Orders with the amount, address and delivery method.
Open ordersCustomization details
Name, number and text appear in the order details as line item properties (Name on shirt, Number, Text), together with the €5 Customization add-on.
Check order line itemsStatuses & fulfilment
Paid → In production → Shipped is set with Fulfill / Mark as fulfilled, and the tracking number is emailed to the customer automatically.
Orders to fulfilEmail notifications
New-order and status/shipping emails are sent by Shopify. Turn them on in Settings → Notifications: staff order notifications for you, and order confirmation / shipping confirmation for customers.
Open notificationsProducts & prices
The catalog, sizes S–XXL and prices (€29.99 / €35.99) live in Shopify → Products. The storefront reads them automatically.
Open productsStore currency
Prices show in the store currency. Switch it to EUR in Settings → Store details → Store currency so the catalog shows € instead of zł.
